Reading your city eSOA
Your eSOA — electronic Statement of Account — is the city’s summary of what your business owes. Here is how to read one.
Each year, the city assesses business taxes, fees and charges against every registered business. The eSOA brings them together on one page: your business tax, permit fee, garbage fee, sanitary inspection, occupational tax, building and electrical inspections, signboard, zoning and the barangay business clearance.
The lines can look like a wall of codes, but each one maps to a real obligation — and each one must be settled correctly, usually quarterly, to stay compliant. Missed payments accrue interest and penalties, and unpaid assessments can become a lien on the business.
GEOLINK’s own 2026 eSOA totalled about PHP 15,072. We review every line for our clients, pay the correct amounts on time, and keep the proof. The eSOA is one of the easiest places to fall behind — and one of the easiest for us to manage for you.
